At ThemeClues.in, all digital products are sold “AS IS.” By purchasing any product, membership, theme, plugin, or digital download, you accept responsibility for understanding the product before purchase.
Can I Request a Refund?
Yes. If you purchase a product and find that it is completely non-functional or damaged, you may request a refund by contacting:

Our team will review the issue and attempt to resolve it before approving any refund.
Important Note About GPL Products
Most products sold on ThemeClues.in are GPL licensed products.
Please understand:
- Original developer license keys are generally NOT included
- Some products are pre-activated
- Certain premium features may require original licenses from developers
- Refunds will not be approved due to missing original licenses unless clearly promised on the product page
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued In These Cases
Refund requests will be rejected under the following circumstances:
❌ You cannot install downloaded themes/plugins
❌ Product is incompatible with your hosting/server
❌ Product conflicts with your WordPress setup
❌ Product requires original purchase code or license key
❌ Your website broke during installation
❌ You changed your mind after purchase
❌ You no longer need the product
❌ Product has been removed from our website after purchase
❌ Active membership plans
❌ Lack of technical knowledge for setup/configuration
Original License Products
If you purchase a product containing an original license:
- Activated license: No refund available
- Unused license: Exchange or refund may be considered after verification
Digital Product Policy
Since all products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase:
- There is no trial period
- There is no grace period
- Products cannot be physically returned
- All sales are generally treated as final
Damaged or Non-Working Products
If a purchased product is completely broken and our support team cannot resolve the issue, ThemeClues.in may approve a refund.
Approved refunds are usually initiated quickly after confirmation.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
Refunds may take approximately 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on:
- Bank processing time
- Payment gateway
- Payment method used
Transaction Charges
Refunds may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway fees (typically around 3% or more depending on provider charges).
Membership Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Monthly memberships
- Yearly memberships
- Lifetime memberships
- Subscription renewals
unless required under applicable law.
